Pro Beauty by Debby LLC, runs promotional giveaways on this site. We use "Raffle tickets in the shop" - to collect the entries and randomly pick the winner. No purchase necessary to win.
We currently ship only to USA addresses. Our giveaways are, therefore, only open to entrants who have a shipping address within the USA. Any other entries will be disqualified.
Pro Beauty by Debby LLC, reserves the right to substitute a product in this prize package with another similar product of equal or greater value should a product shown become unavailable.
Once a winner is selected by Raffle tickets, Pro Beauty By Debby will contact the winner via e-mail to obtain the shipping address for the products. We send the e-mail notice on the day following the close of the giveaway. We will send a second, follow-up e-mail on the next day if we have not had a response. If we do not hear back within 5 days, the winner will forfeit and a new winner selected. We will not contact anyone by phone or other method. We will not ask for any information other than the shipping address. Items are shipped to the winner within three working days. They are shipped USPS or UPS and we will e-mail the package tracking number to the winner when the item(s) is/are shipped.
